Plaintiff proceeds pro se and in forma pau-peris, 28 U.S.C. § 1915, on a complaint filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff is incarcerated at El Dorado Correctional Facility in El Dorado, Kansas. He seeks damages for alleged deprivation of constitutional rights under the Eighth Amendment.
