Agency Rent-A-Car appeals the trial court’s summary judgment ruling that Agency, who is self-insured, was primarily responsible for claims arising from an accident involving a vehicle owned by Agency and driven by Jorgina Chambers. Agency also appeals the amount of its liability as determined by the court.
