(Daily) appeals the denial of its motion to quash a subpoena of its reporter, arguing that (1) the Minnesota Reporters Shield Law protects the reporter from testifying regarding a crime witnessed while covering a story, (2) the Constitution affords a privilege not to testify, and (3) the district court erred in ruling that he waived his privilege.
