Margaret Morrell has appealed from an order of the Franklin County Probate Court dismissing her petition to appoint a guardian of the person and the estate of her mother, Bethel Mae Morrell. On appeal, appellant does not question the sufficiency of the evidence supporting the probate judge’s finding that Mrs. Morrell is competent.
