Pending before this Court is the Plaintiffs motion to remand this case to state court. This lawsuit relates to machinery owned by the Plaintiff that was damaged while in transit from Puebla, Mexico to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The damaged machinery was covered under a primary policy of insurance issued by Aseguradora Mexicana, S.A. (ASE-MEX).
