MEMORANDUM DECISION PURSUANT TO § 727(a)(4)(A) OF THE BANKRUPTCY CODE

Corning Vitro Corp. (“Corning” or the “Plaintiff’), seeks to deny the Debtor a discharge pursuant to § 727(a)(4)(A) and (A)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code; or, in the alternative, seeks to except from discharge the Debtor’s debt to Corning pursuant to Bankruptcy Code § 523(a)(2)(A).
