HOLLAND, Justice:

Kara B. Rubenstein (“Rubenstein”) has petitioned this Court, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 52(f). Rubenstein contends that, under the facts and circumstances presented, this Court should direct the Board of Bar Examiners (“Board”) to issue a certificate that she is qualified for admission to the Delaware Bar.
