- U.S. -, 113 S.Ct. 2801, 125 L.Ed.2d 488 (1993), the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals remanded this case for a determination of whether forfeiture of the Defendant Property constituted an excessive fine in violation of the Eighth Amendment.
