The genesis of this appeal is an intense rivalry between two religious groups, each claiming to have properly elected the Board of Trustees of the Particular Primitive Baptist Church at Black Rock, Inc. Appellant, the American Union of Baptists, Inc. (AUB), is a religious corporation located in Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland.
