Defendants/appellants, Alfred L. Fisher and his wife, Kathleen Fisher, (“the Fishers”) were enjoined by the judgment of the trial court to remove their mobile home from what was deemed by the court to be a violation of a restrictive covenant, in that it was not “permanently fixed to a permanent foundation.
