Barbara Hall filed a sexual harassment suit against her supervisor, Patrick L. Ham-ric, his employer, ATE Management & Services Co., Inc., and her employer, Transit Authority of Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (LexTran).1 In her suit, Hall claimed that Hamric directed unwel-comed sexual comments and inquiries toward her for several years.
