Plaintiff Laverne Tarver appeals from an order of the district court dismissing her case pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1) for lack of jurisdiction. We reverse.

Plaintiff commenced this action pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b), seeking damages for the death by suicide of her husband.
