BRUNETTI, Circuit Judge:

Manuel Raya-Ledesma (Raya-Ledesma) seeks review of the final order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), which found him statutorily ineligible for relief from deportation under § 212(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (Act), 8 U.S.C. 1182(c) (1988 & Supp. V 1993). We have jurisdiction pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1105a, and now deny Raya-Ledesma’s petition.
