This appeal has been assigned to the accelerated docket pursuant to Civil Appellate Procedure Rule 1.203(A)(1)(a), 12 O.S.Supp. 1994, ch. 15, app. 2, after the trial court granted summary judgment to the defendants in the plaintiff’s action seeking a declaratory judgment interpreting the rights of the parties under certain provisions of a law partnership agreement.
