Randy Lee Newsome was convicted of aggravated child molestation. He contends the trial court erred in refusing his request to charge on circumstantial evidence.

The victim was the three-year-old son of appellant’s cousin. The child’s mother, who lived with her children and husband in her parents’ trailer home, testified that on July 5, 1993, appellant visited her home.
