DRAUGHN, Justice.

Appellant, Robert Kirby [Kirby], appeals the trial court’s method of calculating the liability of appellee, Amerigas, Inc. [Ameri-gas], under co-defendant contribution laws. In a single point of error, appellant complains that the trial court erred in entering judgment against appellee for only 19% of the damages. We affirm.
