Daido Steel Co., Ltd. (“Daido”) brings this appeal from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio authorizing the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) to continue its retention of specified counsel in Chapter 11 proceedings regarding CSC Industries, Inc. and the Copperweld Steel Company.
