This action involves the contractual relationship among the plaintiffs Manuel and Esther Kitrosser, also known as Manny and Esther Kay (“Mr. Kay,” “Mrs. Kay,” or “the Kays”), two corporations formed by Mr. Kay known as Top Form Mills, Inc.
