STATEMENT OF THE CASE

American Legion Post # 113 (“American Legion”) appeals from its convictions for Unlawful Gambling, a' Class B misdemeanor, Promoting Professional Gambling, a Class D felony, and Professional Gambling, a Class D felony, following a jury trial. American Legion possessed, used, and promoted the operation of four gambling devices for profit.
