Appellants-defendants Warner Trucking, Inc. (Warner) and Carolina Casualty Insurance Company (Carolina) appeal from the denial of summary judgment in favor of Carl and Sherri Hall (Halls) in an action against an employer and employer insurer for the negligent acts of an employee.
