This is a civil case brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, 1985 and 1986 and Wisconsin state law in which plaintiff Aaron David Weinberger is suing as administrator of his son’s estate and as the father of one of the victims of Jeffrey Dahmer’s horrific crimes.
