WIEAND, Judge:

The issue of first impression in this appeal is whether any provisions of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law (MVFRL) preclude a corporate lessor of vehicles from waiving uninsured motorist coverage under 75 Pa.C.S. § 1731. After careful review, we conclude that such coverage may be waived by a car rental company.
