This case involves the interpretation of Arkansas’s underinsured motorist statute. Appellee Carye Beavers, the daughter of appellees Dwight Beavers and Nan Beavers, was a passenger in her parents’ vehicle on January 1, 1991 when it was struck by an uninsured motorist.
