The hearing Deputy, and now the Full Commission rejected plaintiff's testimony that his back condition arose primarily from the 1991 fall. The defendant's videotape shows plaintiff walking without the pronounced limp or cane he had on visits to the doctors. To find for the plaintiff, we must rely on his testimony, and I cannot say he has proved his case by a preponderance of the evidence.
