Plaintiff Mark M. Broome appeals a summary judgment of the Court of Common Pleas, Richland County, Ohio, entered in favor of defendant Ohio Ski Slopes, Inc., d.b.a. Snow Trails Ski Resort, Inc., finding appellee was not liable to him for injuries he received at Snow Trails Ski Resort, Inc. in Mansfield, Ohio.
