Petitioner commences the instant proceeding, pursuant to CPLR article 78, seeking a judgment of the court annulling respondents’ March 2, 1995 determination, which denied his application for reimbursement from the Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection, and directing respondents to pay petitioner the sum of $78,632, plus costs and interest to date.
