RANSOM, Justice.

Amrep Southwest, Inc., appeals from a district court order granting summary judgment in favor of Shollenbarger Wood Treating, Inc., on Amrep’s third-party complaint seeking indemnification and damages for negligence and strict liability in the supply of inadequate building materials.
