OPINION

MURNAGHAN, Circuit Judge:

The defendants, Bobby Myers (“Bobby”) and Jarmal Myers (“Jarmal”) are brothers. In October 1993, Bobby and Jarmal kidnapped a woman, stole her ear, and raped and beat the woman multiple times.
