Henry Willie Quintana, Jr. was convicted in the District Court for the District of Utah of thirty-two counts of narcotics violations, the alleged major figure in a cocaine-selling operation. Quintana’s principal contention before us is that the district court was in error in denying his motion to suppress certain wiretap evidence.
