CRAWFORD, Judge:

1. Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted by general court-martial members1 of wrongful appropriation and violation of a lawful general regulation by possessing drug paraphernalia, in violation of Article 121 and 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 921 and 892, respectively.
