OPINION OF THE COURT

SCHREIER, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, members convicted appellant of use of cocaine, possession of marijuana and cocaine, and carrying a concealed .38 caliber pistol. They acquitted him of one specification of carrying a concealed loaded shotgun. Articles 112a and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 912a and 934 (1988).
