This case is now before us on remand from the Supreme Court. We previously considered it in Jenks v. Jenks, 34 Conn. App. 462, 642 A.2d 31 (1994), in which we concluded, inter alia, that the trial court had abused its discretion in opening the stipulated marriage dissolution decree on the ground of duress.
