This proceeding comes to us on exceptions under Maryland Rule 1228 j 2 from a determination by the trustees of the Clients’ Security Trust Fund of the Bar of Maryland (the Fund) denying a claim submitted by Advance Finance Co., Inc. (Advance), a licensed consumer loan company.
