Plaintiff, LaSalle National Bank (“La-Salle”), is a secured creditor of Crown Products, Inc. (“Crown”), holding a mortgage on property that is now an asset of the Bankruptcy Estate of Crown (the “Estate”). La-Salle filed the present lawsuit against defendant Owens-Illinois, Inc.
