This is an application to vacate an arbitrator’s award pursuant to G.L. c. 150C, §11. The plaintiff alleges that the arbitrator exceeded her authority by issuing an award which violated the clear and unambiguous language of the collective bargaining agreement. In addition, the plaintiff claims that the arbitration was time barred.
