MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ALESIA, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Gloria Z. Abeja-Ortiz (“Ortiz”), filed suit alleging sexual harassment, sex discrimination and retaliation against defendant Henry G. Cisneros (“Cisneros”), Secretary of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. The defendant has moved to dismiss the plaintiffs first amended complaint under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6).
