McDADE, District Judge.
Before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. # 9] filed by Plaintiff Secretary of Labor Robert Reich (“Reich”). Reich brings the present suit pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., seeking injunctive relief and liquidated damages.
