This action is here on remand from our Court of Appeals by reason of this Court’s original denial of the motion of Ruby Helm (“Helm”) for reconsideration of this Court’s earlier order of dismissal—a denial that had been grounded on this Court’s ruling that the reconsideration motion was untimely under *348Fed.R.Civ.P. (“Rule”) 59(e).
