Linda B. Parr appeals from a final summary judgment entered in favor of Champion International Corporation and Brown Root, U.S.A., Inc., in Mrs. Parr's wrongful death action against multiple defendants. We reverse and remand. Champion International Corporation operates a paper mill in Courtland, Alabama, on land owned by the Industrial Development Board of the City of Courtland ("IDB").
