MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant brought this action against Ap-pellee, funeral home, for negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress arising from the alleged wrongful cremation of Appellant’s deceased mother. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Ap-pellee/Defendant, funeral home, and from that final order Appellant seeks review.
