On 16 November 1992, plaintiff filed a request for hearing with the Industrial Commission seeking compensation for injuries allegedly arising from a work-related accident occurring on 17 December 1991. After hearing, Deputy Commissioner Dillard found plaintiff not credible and denied his claim.
