LAFFITTE, District Judge.

Before the Court is Plaintiff Nippy, Inc.’s motion to voluntarily dismiss this action with prejudice, pursuant to Federal Rule 41(a)(2). In their reply to Plaintiffs motion, Defendants request that the dismissal be conditioned upon Plaintiffs payment of Defendant’s legal fees.
