This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, Defendant’s motion is granted.

I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiff worked for Defendant from December 3, 1973, until April 13, 1994. Over the course of his employment, Plaintiff worked his way up from an hourly employee to a supervisor.
