The Plaintiffs bring this action pursuant to the Lanham Trade-Mark Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1114, for trademark infringement allegedly committed by the Defendants. Defendants M & N Co., Inc., Sweatshirts & More, Inc., SSM Sportswear, Abio Sport, Inc.
