MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

The debtors, Charles and Colleen Hoff-meister (Hoffmeisters), appeal the order entered May 23, 1995, in which the bankruptcy court found that the balance of insurance proceeds paid for hail damage on the Hoff-meisters’ car was “nonexempt property that must be distributed to creditors in accordance with the debtors’ confirmed chapter 13 plan.” (Dk.
