MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

SHABAZ, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff Christopher Sturdevant commenced this action against defendants Thomas E. Jolas, P.C. and Thomas E. Jolas in his individual capacity for alleged violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (hereinafter “FDCPA”) pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1692

et seq.

Plaintiff claims that two letters sent by defendants contain three violations of the FDCPA.
