This opinion addresses Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiffs state law claims which are before the Court as a result of diversity of citizenship between the parties. Plaintiffs federal question claims were dismissed pursuant to this Court’s Amended Opinion and Order of January 16,1996, 914 F.Supp. 1006.
