OPINION AND ORDER

BERTELSMAN, Chief Judge.

This is an employment discrimination action alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities- Act' (“the ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12102

et seq.,

the Kentucky Equal Opportunities Act (“KEOA”), KRS 207.130

et seq.,

and the common law of Kentucky. For the reasons set forth below, Wal-Mart’s motion for summary judgment is granted on Griffith’s ADA claim.
