Plaintiff Coastal Aviation Incorporated (“Coastal”) brings this action against defendant Commander Aircraft Company (“Commander”), seeking $5,319,424 in damages arising out of an alleged breach of a contract for Coastal’s exclusive dealership rights to sell Commander airplanes.
