Plaintiffs Enid Kaup and Rebecca Staggs were fired from their jobs as personal bankers at Colorado National Bank (CNB) in August 1994, one month after initiating this employment discrimination action against CNB and its parent corporation First Bank Systems, Inc. (“First Bank”).
